The Chilingirian String Quartet
18 – 24 July

The Chilingirian Quartet is one of the world's most celebrated and widely travelled ensembles renowned for their thrilling interpretations of the great quartets and commanding performances of the contemporary repertoire.  On this annual course, pre-formed string quartets receive intensive coaching by individual members of the Chilingirian String Quartet (Levon Chilingirian, Richard Ireland, Susie Mészáros and Philip De Groote). The week’s programme includes two evening concerts by the Quartet and additional student ‘showcase’ opportunities.
